As a UK company all purchases made via this site are subject to current UK retailing law - so you can shop in confidence with us.

All transactions are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and are explained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale

We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. When in stock, orders are normally dispatched the same day when placed before 15.30 Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 15.30 will be processed the next working day

Our Next Day delivery service is through the courier Interlink, who aims to deliver next working day between 9.30am and 3.00pm. Saturday morning deliveries are available on request. Please call for pricing. Caravan and Leisure Technology cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.

Standard delivery is 3-5 days and will be despatched by the most economical method based upon the total weight of the goods. Note this method is non trackable and does not include a weekend delivery. Please contact our sales department should you require additional information

Low value/low weight shipments will incur a £4.00 postal delivery charge only. This ensures delivery by the most economical method.

Orders placed when the product is not in stock will be despatched as soon as the item becomes available. Our site displays real time stock levels and advises customers accordingly when items are not in stock.

We are unable to deliver to POBox numbers as these are not accepted by our courier.
